Placed an order for two portable coolers on July 27th, they charged my card for products the same day and said it would ship in 3 weeks BUT never shipped!! I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address [email protected], however... they have failed to respond.

I ordered a 32 piece champagne makeup brush set online. I paid$9.95, the money was taken out of my account and I never got the makeup brushes. I have one confirmation email with an order number and I have gotten no response back from the email [email protected].

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It is a fraud. The email of [email protected] is NOT legit. Fake. Sent 2 reply’s. No answer. If I met them I would take the so called product I never received & make them a necktie out of it. I hope they get caught. Guess they’ve never heard of dumb crook news. They’ll be in there before long.

Purchased a collapsible windshield visor for $12.95 and never received the product or follow up emails. I sent emails asking about my product and never get a response. It has been over 2 months at this point. The link in my confirmation email to their website doesn't not work either, so I guess the site has been removed. After searching for them, I find a bunch of scam reports on this company. How are they still stealing people's money?!? Stay away from them!

Purchased months ago. They explained it would be moments to process the order but take weeks for the product to arrive. With the hot months we thought the arctic air cooler would help and the more you purchased the cheaper the product was. We order 5 for $33.00. The money was withdrawn from our account but no product arrived, the website no longer exsists and emails are not being responded to. It's a rip off. Please be aware when buying online buy from a reputable site.

I googled searched for a product that I wanted. I found this online store, which offered this product at a discounted price so I thought okay. I paid for this item, then they sent me an email, stated that the product would soon be sent and I should expect it in a few weeks. Since then, I have sent several emails to the two different email address that could be found, and have not received a response. I can not locate and phone number or even a fax number for this company. Buyer beware. Don't be a fool like I was.

This company is a scam. The item I ordered they stated on invoice would leave their warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. After weeks of waiting I sent them three emails with no response. They have an online store.

They also have other email addresses . This one say Dave the owner of Ontrendspower. Mark and also [email protected]. I bought 2ARCTICAIR™ PERSONAL AIR CONDITIONER × 2 from them for $25.90 -$3.12 for discount total $22.78 USD on Monday July 9th 2018 and still have not received them or heard anything back from them after sending 7 emails to them asking where is my tracking number and then after sending them those emails I sent other emails asking where my ARCTICAIR™ PERSONAL AIR CONDITIONER × 2 was at you all said it would be 3 to 5 days and now still have not seen or heard anything back from them. There should be a way to get my money back from them and some how with everyone reporting them for everyone to get their money back and them get caught for running a fraudulent company stealing peoples money and get Jail time for it.

I ordered a product from this website. I never got a confirmation number or email after I ordered my item. It's been over a week and I have tried to contact them regarding the item and no one respond. I have wrote to two different email addresses and there is no phone number to call. They took my payment, but I have no receipt of the product or communication about the product. When I tried to find an address or phone number online for the company, several other stories showed up online from other people who had the same exact thing happen to them. No one has received what they have ordered. I also found this a fairly new business as it has only been operating for 138 days. I should have done my research before I purchase and I would like to warn others before they make the same mistake. I want my money back.

I placed an order for 3 portable coolers from them on 7-22-2018. They charged my VIsa $33.00 using a fake company name on the charge. I have tried contacting them several times via [email protected] but no response from them. My order still shows it is being prepared for shipment.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!. I found them on the internet while I was looking at the Arctic Cooler Units.

They offered a deal if you purchased 5 units. On 7/6 I purchased 5. Today is 8/11 and I have not yet received nor gotten an Invoice or have responded to my NUMEROUS EMAILS.

I received a welcome email after my purchase from a man named Dave, yet the top of the email reads Mark. A co-worker told me the item did not work, she had one. I immediately emailed this Mark, as there is Not A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I also sent email to the Customer Service, and to another person. They also claim you can REACH THEM AT ANY TIME.

I went to stop payment a few hours later and they had already taken out $64.75, it was too late.

Of course I would email the three contact names I had every day..NOTHING...

I found online today that others had the same problem. IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I don't understand why they are still advertised for the item online.

This site is a fake selling site. I asked for a tracking number 8 business days after ordering an item and have had no response.

site looked official but will trust no other sites other than large commercially run sites or local businesses in the future. i changed the credit card and they credited the charged amount.

I was looking for a retractable sun shade for my automobile so I Googled the term and the very first search return was a picture of exactly what I needed so I clicked it it took me to a website with the title of ontrendspower.com. I selected the quantity and used a family members credit card to make the purchase.I got a confirmation text message but the tracking ID number sent me to a website with page not found error 404. I Googled the website and found a phone number based out of Canada and dialed it it immediately started with music no ringer, so I pressed 0 and an operator came on and gave me a list of contacts and options to choose from where I then heard it say to hear a herd of cows press 9. So I pressed 9 and it literally was a bunch of cows mooing. The only way I found this out was that my stepfather got a call from his credit card company stating that multiple purchases were made without his consent.

On July 20, 2018 I placed an order for 5 ArcticAir Personal Air Coolers. I received an email from them, "Thank you for trusting us, your product will leave our warehouses in the next 3 to 5 days and we will receive it at your home in the next 3 to 4 weeks. " This was not what was reported on their website. However, I sent them two emails requesting an update on my order (sent to two email addresses) and have received no response from either: Your website states, "Reach Us At ANY time 24/7/365 VIA:

Email: [email protected]" HOWEVER, as you can see, I sent you an email and got NO RESPONSE! I would greatly appreciate a REFUND of my payment given in GOOD TRUST as it has become obvious that you are not sending my products as ordered. I have yet to hear from them.

I placed an order with this so-called company in the amount of $12.95 on July 6th they sent a confirmation email with my order # saying it would ship within 3-5 business days and I would get an email when it shipped. It is now August 1st and the only contact info I found was an email address that I have tried to contact several times with no reply.

They offer cheap prices on products and they charge your card and never respond to emails or update their website when the product you ordered is sent out

i placed an order with this company online on july,1st for an artic air cooler i did get an email back that said would be shipped out in a few days with a tracking number and its now 7/14/18 and i never recieved any email saying item has shipped and no tracking number i emailed them 4 times and no resonse back there is no address no phone number just an email they do not respnd back never recieved anything then i went to reviews and found other people was saying the same thing it i a scam company it looks like a legit site they just take your money and dont send u the item u ordered and u dont get any resonse back from them
