Hi, I would like to report a Towing Business that owns by Meni Agababayev. To be honest with you, he claimed that he owns towing businesses in the united states but he did not. He is a middleman and he uses a call center located in the philippines to scam people. Call center will receive a call from a client who needs a tow and the call center will call the nearby towing business locally then they will ask for a quote. Example: For a tow that cost $100 from the local towing company, they will tell the customer who needs a tow that it cost $500 to $800 then they will collect the payment 1st. Once collected, its a good thing if local towing will show up but most of the time local towing will not show up since the card that used by meni agababayev is not working however the card provided by the customer was already been charged by meni agababayev call center. So the process is, Call Center will received the call from customer-> ask the customer what car needs a tow and the location -> call center will call local towing company then ask for a quote -> inform the customer for the quote (but different qoute) -> once agreed, collect payment from customer and its up to them if they will tell the local towing. This is a huge scam. meni agababayev is using philippines soil to scam people in the united states. The company in the Philippines who owns the call center got a lot of complaints also from the government because of wrong practices of labor. This must be address accordingly, currently meni agababayev is in the Philippines (Iloilo?).
