An online car parts seller used a shipping and logistics company to try and send me a part. The logistics company has requested several fees such as insurance, overnight warehouse holding, and drop off without a signature. They have claimed that the fees will be refunded but when I paid the final fee they said the parcel was damaged too badly to deliver. Their bank reached out to me to process the refund but their bank appears illegitimate, asking for a lot of extraneous personal info, which I have not provided.
