Arctos claims to have discovered new technology in air conditioning. Their claims are that they can cool any room in 5 minutes. After ordering their product and following directions I was disappointed to discover that it was nothing more than a fan blowing over water. I even froze the filter (as recommended) so it was a fan blowing over a frozen filter. I ran it for several hours in a bed room and it didn't drop the temperature even one degree. I followed the instructions on how to return it by sending an email asking for a physical address. I got a return email offering me $45 to just keep it. I replied that I wanted a full refund. I was told to call the number provided. I did and was told that since I had opened the box and used the product I could not return it. Advertising says they have a "30 day money back guarantee". That is a lie. I finally realized they had me so I've asked for my $45 dollars. I'll have to consider it a $65 dollar education. I hope you can benefit from my mistake.
