Ontario Farms Hemp oil. Billed for oil & cream over $ 100 each + shipping when said only shipping. Too good to be true. Returned item. No credit given Complete loss of product I paid for - oil. Theives. 833-247-4324# now not in service.

I answered a facebook ad for a CBD Hemp oil, for shipping and handling only. It seemed pretty legit, I googled the company and even followed all the links they had listed. Then when I was asked if i also wanted to try a hemp skin cream I said yes. Stupid me, I got scammed and I should know better!!

Ordered Feb 25, got nothing. I didn't really think much about it, because of Covid- everything is delayed. Then today May 25 I got a product by ****** ****. It had NO invoice, receipt or bill inside, just the Hemp Skin Cream.

Something told me to check my credit card statements: There was the original charges from Feb 25 for the 2 products from the same companies as the charge I saw from April 12 I was charged $126.31 by Sevla Supplement Eyes, 833-568-4378 CA -and also a charge from May 13 for $122.60 from Charlene Supplements , 883-247-4313 CA. When I tried calling both numbers it said i don't have access to use this number, I believe it is a USA number and I am in Canada.

So having investigated fraud, scams and ScamPulse.com I discovered this others fell for this same scam and have similar experience getting charges but from other scam companies. I saw someone else with a ScamPulse.com complaint said the company was [email protected]., I sent them an email canceling my membership. This is under the web under Ontario Farms & Ontario Farms Hemp Oil. I called the number 833-247-4311 and again couldn't get through due to the location. I never committed to, or checked any boxes for membership. I have canceled my Charge card and called the company, who opened a fraud case and I will know in 15 days what the next step is to dispute these charges.

The Charge card company advised me to send back the one product I got to the po box1236 North York Ontario on the website and on the product. I would never use it, who knows what it really made of.

I will put a tracking on it at the post office to ensure delivery, but I can't put a signatory requirement because it is a po box.

i saw an ad on tv for hemp oil which they said Mike Holmes endorses. Since I am an fan of MH I decided to try it, upon ordering the hemp oil they had an offer for hemp cream for the same low price of $6.95 plus shipping.

the next day I did some research about this cream and found out there was a scam alert. I called my mastercard customer service right away to cancel the order since I found out it was not legitimate. They could not stop the transaction from going thru! so ridiculous! I did receive the hemp oil and cream and thought perhaps I was wrong about them. However once I get my next statement there are 2 charges one for $128.20 and the other for $125.46, I did not authorize these transactions and have not received any products. I have been unable to reach anyone at the number listed on the bottle or the 1833 numbers on my statement. I have spoken to my credit card customer service and they are reviewing these charges and have put a block on it as well. I will have to pay these amounts before the due date or incur interest on my card.

My hope is that no one else will fall for this scam! and I would like a refund for the $253.66!

I’ve sent three emails to this company after I tried a free trial and they started to auto ship a d charge my credit card which I did not authorize. I

Likewise tried phoning them and the phone number is apparently not available to BC residents to make a call!

The ad shows up online, on Facebook implying to be promoted by Bryan Baumhaur. The ad states there is only a small supply of these bottles of free Hemp oil left so get yours now before the supply of free ones runs out and all you need to pay is the shipping cost. You then pay with your credit card and it is billed to you at $ 9.07. I don't recall there being any reference to a contract to read, but received an order confirmation which did not indicate any future charges or subscriptions. The transaction on the credit card looks like a reference number of some kind but turns out to be a phone number. I called the number and they refused to refund my money which was now an additional $127.97 payment taken from my credit card plus the initial $ 9.07. Here is the catch......they claim it is written somewhere in the terms and conditions, that you had 2 weeks to cancel the product. If you did not do this you will be charged the full retail value of the product. The names on your statement will show up differently for each transaction. Here is mine: POLSELL*EFFECTALS, BASEVICIUSHEALTHMUSCLE and selvabaseskin These were the names that showed up on my credit card statement. The numbers that show up after these are phone numbers, that you will have to try and contact to cancel your future orders. They agreed to cancel my subscription and would not provide any refunds

The ad shows up online. I don't recall where I was on the internet now. The ad states there is only a small supply of these bottles of free Hemp oil left so get yours now before the supply of free ones runs out and all you need to pay is the shipping cost. You then pay with your credit card and it is billed to you at $ 9.05. I don't remember there being any reference to a contract to read, but I am unable to find the original ad now ( March 29-2021) I have been in contact with my bank and was advised to first make contact with the company. The phone number I have was on my bank statement. It looks like a reference number of some kind but turns out to be a phone number. The number I called was 1-833-568-4378.

They refused to refund my money which was now two payments taken from my credit card plus the initial $ 9.05.

The Hemp Oil bottle has 594 MG on the bottle. When I go to Ontario Farms I see different-looking bottles so you may have gotten something that looks different than mine.

Here is the catch....... Written somewhere is that you had 2 weeks to cancel the product. If you did not do this you will be sent another bottle and charged $130.28 or $128.52 as I was or some other figure.

According to the bank, they are obligated to send you a message before the end of the 14 day trial period advising you that your card was going to be debited. If the fraud investigator in your bank investigates this on your behalf they can require the seller to produce this email that you should have gotten plus the contract that you should have read wherever that is. That is where my situation stands at the moment.

The names on your statement will show up differently as did mine.

Here is mine:

amberessentialtestoc

selvasupplmtskin

selvabaseskin

These were the names that showed up on my bank statement. I will repeat, the numbers that show up after these are phone numbers, that you will have to try and contact to cancel your future orders. They will try to talk you into continuing to try the product. Be firm and insist they cancel any future orders!!

Saw an advertisement featuring Ben Mulroney promoting a trial offer of Hemp oil/cream. Ordered a cream and provided credit card info to cover the 'shipping charge' US$6.95. Received package containing cream and unordered oil and saw credit card had been charged twice. Not worth returning I thought. A month later saw credit card had been charged both US$97.99 and US$99.95. Called company today and was told that because I had not cancelled within the 15 days required I was now a 'member' and would get additional product each month. I asked where that information appeared on the webpage I ordered through (ontariofarmscbd.com) and was told that the correct web page was 'Tryontariofarms.com' (where there is a paragraph explaining that). I'm out $258.11 but by cancelling my 'membership' and my credit card at least I won't be scammed any more. Although the package gives the North York address it seems obvious that company is in USA - possibly Ontario, California.

About a month ago I saw an ad for a free trial sample of Hemp seed oil on facebook stating it was endorsed by Mike Holmes from Holmes on Homes. All you had to pay was $6.95 which ended up being USD not Canadian. This wasn't made clear. Also, what wasn't clear was the fact that you had to pay for the free sample. Two weeks after I ordered the sample I was charged $99.95USD. I called the company and they refused to refund anything because they said the information was listed on their website. Unfortunately, the wording was misleading and it makes the customer believe they would be charged for future shipments if you didn't cancel an automatic subscription that they signed me up for. I cancelled the subscription but, wasn't able to get the first bottle refunded and Visa would not remove the charge either. I had to cancel my visa as they suggested to prevent future charges. Visa told me they are seeing this particular scam daily and unless people cancel their card they continue to be charged monthly. I have researched this company which has the product listed on many different sites and all the same scam. There are many facebook users that have fallen for the scam and they have posted as much on the different facebook pages as have I.

I saw the ad on Instagram from Ontario Farms Hemp Oil offering a free trial sample (only pay for shipping). That's where they get your credit card information.

Once I filled out the order another ad pops up to try the Ontario Farms Hemp Cream (another free trial offer sample - only need to pay for shipping).

I placed the online order on February 14. I received the products last week.

This morning I received an e-notice from the bank saying my statement was due.

I checked my credit card statement and noticed 2 charges on March 4 which I did not recognize.

When I called the bank to complain about these 2 transactions the agent knew right away it was related to the initial February 14 charges.

My 2 separate order confirmation e-invoices are from Ontario Farms Hemp Oil ($6.95USD) and Ontario Farms Hemp Cream ($6.95USD shipping).

The credit card charge is from SEVLABASEEYES @833-568-4378 CA ($9.09 CD) and SEVLASUPPLMT*SKIN @833-568-4378 CA ($9.09CD)

The new surprise charges on March 4 bank statement is from POLSELL*EFFECTALS @833-243-3069 NY ($127.15 CD) and BACEIVICIUS HEALTH MUS @833-684-7193 IL ($99.95 USD = $126.69 CD).

This business is misleading as I did not sign or check any box to agree to paying for these sample products. I did agree to purchasing for postage fees only the 'Free Trial Samples'.

The bank agent said these charges are linked to the free trial products.

He suggested I call the 2 companies and return the product. I did call all the companies but all phones were busy this Saturday, March 6.

I will return the product, this Monday, March 8, 2021 to Ontario Farms at P.O. Box 1236, North York, ON M3J 0R7.

The Instagram short timed video ad which I can no longer find presented the product endorsed by celebrities such as *** ********'s new business venture, and other TV celebrities with advertisers being ***, and ******. There were several other advertisers which I cannot recall.

This is the name on the e-mail order confirmation invoice I received; Support Tryontariofarms [[email protected]]

Ordered On: 02/14/2021 05:15pm

The image behind the products on the attached example is some of what appeared in the Instagram short timed video ad.
