A company stating they were "Hey Dude" shoes was advertising 4th of July sales on Facebook. The website link looked just like the Hey Dude website. After purchasing shoes, I checked tracking a few days later and that site looked strange, like it was from another country. I then went back to my confirmation email and clicked on order details and it stated "site was no longer available, try again later." I never received the product and my bank account was charged twice for that. I then looked more into the site and noticed the web address said "onsalestation.com". I then googled it and others had been frauded as well.

Online advertisement for HEY DUDE Shoes on sale. Placed order, received confirmation of order, vendor sent tracking information when requested, but items were delivered to someone in Hawaii and never arrived here.

Looked like a hey dude sale. Sent a tracking number right away, then played it out like it was wrongly delivered to Georgia. Address on our info was correct.

The service appeared as Birkenstock with a promotional deal. I never received a confirmation email and contacted the seller immediately to cancel the order. They replied by email 5 days later saying the order was already packaged for delivery. The tracking number showed delivery was made in New Jersey. I live in Ohio. When contacted again, they told me to contact my local post office. I took screenshots of their Facebook page and website, as well as my shopping cart. Now when I go to the same Facebook landing page of "Birkenstock US", their website links to a "Hey Dude" site so they are changing their product rapidly.

My bank called after the purchase was made to confirm that I made it. I told them I did make the credit card purchase but suspected fraud and my bank told me they couldn't cancel the pending transaction.

A friend showed me where she say that hey dude shoes were on sale for 2 for $32. Friend showed me what seemed to be the heydude website with legitimate looking store front. Proceeded with purchasing two pairs only to discover that this was not the heydude website as there was a peculiar email address at the bottom for any customer service issues. The email address ended in peachcher.com. After further investigation from there, I discovered that this was a fraudulent website and had to cancel my card and report it.
