I ordered a face mask "for excellent breathability & extra comfort" on July 10, 2020. Transaction ID 1UT9581103410103Y. Cost of the product is$30.48; paid under INV. ID c12720016490547.1 thru PayPal. As to date, I had not receive the item. According to the tracking, which I did today, it said that it was delivered last July 31st @t 11:51 A.M. I would appreciate it very much, if you could send me again the item that I ordered, or a re-imbursement of the price which I had paid. Thank you.

I ordered a fingertip oximeter online on April 7th. Have not received product and company emails and phone number have no response whatsoever.

Cost of product including shipping was $49.98. Credit card was used.
