I purchased the telemed service on June 5th for my pending travel. I scheduled an appointment and waited 60 minutes before giving up and going to another provider. Time was of the essence.
I requested a refund on June 5th (via email) with documentation that attended a zoom call for 60 minutes with no attendence from an OnPoint representative. I received no response.
On June 20th at 8:18am Central Time I called and explained my situation. I was told I would be contacted via email or phone within a day. 5 days later I have heard nothing.
This morning I called my credit card company and had the charge reversed.
Point of this report is to alert others of OnPoint's scam.
