I scheduled an appointment online for a rapid Covid test that should have given results in 15 minutes at the Tacoma, Wa site. I arrived at the appointment and they had me scan a QR code to fill out some information. On the website they did not say that they only accept card payments of $69. However, the form you fill out makes you put in your insurance information. Why ask for insurance info if you are not going to use it? I paid and they came, swabbed my nose, and told me that I would receive my results by text and email in an hour. This was on a Tuesday. The day goes by and no results. On Wednesday I called and gave them my information to look me up in the database. The person told me that I should receive my results by the end of the day. The day goes by and nothing. I called again on Thursday and told the person that I called the day before and want my results. The person said that my results were processing and I should receive them within an hour. I asked them to just tell me the results over the phone but they claimed that the results were in a separate database they could not access. I told the person that if I don’t receive my results by end of day I want a refund. The person told me that I would have to call back to request one the next day. Thursday went by and still no results. I called again and immediately requested a refund and they told me that someone will be contacting me in the next few days to process the refund. It has now been a week since I got the test and no one has called me and the refund is not in my account. Don’t go here.
