I ordered 3 wigs from the website that advertised that the wigs were lace front. I received three costume wigs, without any lace and one that was not even the right color or texture. When I emailed them to return the items, 24 hours later I received a notice stating my email did not go through. It is a complete scam!

I ordered the 3 wigs promotion and got none of what I ordered, but 1 I could work with. below is what I ordered I got 3 long long wigs 1 I ordered dark brown and got horrible light brown mess I have been emailing then only to get a on break reply will respond within 24 hours ever time I contacted them I've be emailing them since 10/21/2020 if you have a never again list I suggest you add this company to it, I did.

i ordered a wig form onlywig, never received IT, paid $21.99 never received it, received a fake tracking number. SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, I DID NOT READ REVIEWS OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM.

Do not buy any wigs from this website...you will not get what you think you're ordering. I ordered 3 wigs (the straight brown glueless 360 natural wig...nothing natural about it; Brazilian 360 lace front; and the Brazilian deep wave) and none of them look like the wigs advertised on their website. When contacted, I was given a BS answer that "Since the package collide multiple times during long-distance transportation, the product you receive is different from the picture". They offered a 5% refund of my total purchase or I could return at my own expense.
Also, don't try to write a negative review on their website...only positive reviews are accepted. I guess that's why they're using pictures and review from other websites because what they're selling is pure garbage.

I ordered 3 wigs from Onlywig.com at the beginning of the month, I paid roughly almost 60 dollars ..they still haven't came. 3 days ago, I ended up tracking my order and it had shown it was at New York City Town Hall, I contacted Onlywig by email and all they sent me was a tracking photo from Yun Express, showing it went through customs and is in transit, but all at the same time it's showing me it's sitting in town Hall in NYC ! I went to my local postal service and gave them the tracking number, they told me that it was 1 number shy of even being a tracking number. So, do I cut my losses and move on or what? Bc i don't know how to get my money back!

I've recently ordered 3 wigs so I could get my hair to grow back out I was like , yeah I'll just try wigs, well, a newbie like me should have researched alot more bc I ordered them the beginning of the month and still haven't received them! I took the tracking number to my local postal service and they told me it was lacking 1 number of being a tracking number, also, I emailed them at the email given and they sent me an email back stating it was in transit and it's saying it's sitting in the New York City Town Hall.. I tracked the number on my email and that was 3 days ago, which tonight it's still saying that. How do I get my money refunded back? Or am I just at a loss and live and learn kind of issue?

I placed an order with this company and purchased four wigs. I should have known that the prices were too good to be true plus free shipping! Living on a budget and wanting to try wearing wigs due to chemo and radiation my hair has become very thin and I have a bald spot on the top of my head that will never grow hair. This company took my money out immediately and sent me an email stating my package was shipped. After almost one month and not hearing back from them, I checked the tracking number which appeared to not be legit. I sent two emails to the customer service address with no reply back and the phone number listed is a disconnected number in Moracco . I am working on getting my money reimbursed through my credit card company. Live and learn

i ordered a wig and paid 25.00 for service fee to come early and it never came. I noticed this happened to someone in maryland also. The merchandise never came, they have this number on line 212 782 35618 what with too many numbers and no address. I should have known it was too good to be true. I cancelled my credit card and my company credited my account.
