I bought3 pair of shoes from Onlymakers Shoes and tried them all on and all but 1 pair I didn't like. I reached out the same day I received them to say I needed to return them. I got an email saying to take pictures of top and bottom of shoes, I did . I then was asked to clean the bottom of shoes I never wore but were clearly worn by someone else before. I was sent an address to send back. I paid $39.99 for the sandals and received a credit of $9.00 saying they had been worn. I didn't wear them I sent the email the day I received them 6/1/2022. So you let people return the shoes and then claim wear and tear. This is wrong and they asked me to clean the bottom of shoes and then sent pictures of bottom of shoes saying they have wear. I sent an email saying I wanted my full refund. I also said if you cannot restock them then send them back to me they said they cannot.
