They called me to inform me that my computer was reporting errors. Since I've been in the Computer Industry for years, I asked for the computer name of the computer that was reporting the errors. I told them that I thought they were a scam and to remove my number from the list. They continued to argue with me, and I asked to speak with a supervisor. The call was passed to someone else. I continued to ask for some kind of detail about the supposed errors, such as a computer name or error code. He told me he couldn't divulge that kind of information (details about errors from my computer to me, the owner of these supposed computers) without being fined by his company. He did give me an IP address, and it is not associated with any of my locations or systems, either workwise or personally. He gave me an email which I had no knowledge of. He gave me a zip code (of 66061 - which is in Olathe), and he said he was talking to Mark. I told him that my name isn't Mark, but my landlord's name is Mark. This is my phone number, and not Mark's. Neither Mark, nor I live in or have any properties in 66061, so his information was faulty. When he continued to argue with me, I told him that I would be reporting his company to the ScamPulse.com.

The first person told me he worked for "Online Tech Support", and implied he was from Microsoft, but then changed his story to that they are Microsoft Certified.

The second person told me the company was onlinetechguys.com, and when I asked for the address, he totally mumbled it, and I could not understand what he said, but did understand that they were from New York.

I'm getting tired of dealing with scammers like this, and getting calls like this when my number has been registered with the "National No-Call List".

If there is someone else to report this to regarding getting inappropriate calls when I registered with the National No-Call list, please let me know.
