Placed order, received notification of order. then received a cheap imitation gucci scarf instead of the shoes I ordered. emailed them and they returned emails and eventually sent me this email: Dear customer,

We apologize here. The result of our investigation was that the staff of the logistics company messed up the package.

We want to reship your order. Unfortunately, because our website used to be a large-scale promotion, the previous products are no longer in stock, we cannot resend your order. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the package you received, and we refund the 35.4% of the original order value for you.
