I ordered puzzles for $28.95 and never received. I had multiple correspondence; have the receipt and they have sent me transit info but no product. It cost me $28.95 (the previous screen would not accept any dollar amount, so I just left it blank and moved on). I still see their ads of Facebook scamming others.

On November 2, 2023 I order 46.50 worth of candles from an advertisement on Facebook from Bath and Bodyworks, so i thought. When i received the email receipt, it was from Newinyee.com. This made me concerned because i thought I was dealing with Bath and Bodyworks.

Below is the email chain i had with this company:

I am writing to inform you that I have never received the Bath and Body Works Candles that I ordered on November 2, 2023. It has been 30 days, and I believe if this were a legitimate company, I would have received my order by now.

First time I reached out asking about the location of my order someone reached out to me saying they have a 7-15 day delivery. And said if I do not receive to contact back after that window frame of time. Over 24 days later and it is showing delivered to me but I did not receive anything and now when I go to Facebook to look for ad it is gone. And when I reach out to them I am being ignored. I asked for a refund if my order can not be sent to me and was again, ignored.
