they call from many different numbers but id doesn't match their names.each time they call they want more money even though it is lifetime protection. they do not even answer their 844 number
.added many things to computer according to what they said no more problems. all sound like foriegners.most likely scam

It was 01/22/2020, a page popped up and locked my computer and made me call 855-282-1232, the person's name was "Jack Collins" with a heavy Indian accent. He wanted me to believe that I had been hacked and that I should pay $200, I ended up convincing him to unlock my computer by lying to him that I would come back to pay them.

Jan 8,2020 I also had a pop up window and warning to not turn off computer and call an 800 number. This ended costing me $349.99. Again this time April 24 2020 they called me on the phone and that I have several hackers in my computer and they wanted to set me up with a firewall for 299.99.Both times they have very strong India type voices and hard to understand. I did not fall for them this time.

Basically, my computer was hijacked. I was charged 299.99 for a technician to fix the issue remotely. I've recently been receiving calls that they want to refund my money. I'm afraid to call them. Any updates on this company? What's going on with them?

My computer went to a page to call this number 3393338208 and i could not do anything with my screen until i called. Then I was directed to a technician to fix my problem. Oh course they had all my passwords and took over my computer to fix my problem for $249.99.
