Apparently, I responded to a work from home ad online. Next I received a text message with instructions to move to the next step. I choose at this point not to proceed based on the information I found regarding Online Team Builders.

Listing on indeed.com for work with legitimate company for at home customer service. Sat through conference call, filled out paperwork, gave information, researched (supposed) company. It's a pyramid scheme. Applied for one job, turned out to be a scam. What's terrible is I know I'm not the only one taken advantage of. How does this type of thing manage to perpetuate over and over?
