Scammer is emailing under different emails as www.shoppersdrugmart.com and asking customers to fill out a survey for $90 gift which you just need to pay the shipping costs. I paid the shipping cost of $13, then when I received the knockoff ear buds they charged me $135. I tried to dispute with them and reverse the charge with my credit card company. I sent back the earbuds but did not want to pay more money for tracking so my credit card company said they cannot help me. The advised to file a complaint with BBB. The transaction comes up as "DRONES AND COMPANY, 800-7330797, OH" on my credit card, but the ear buds came from ElmSolutions Inc. in Pompano Florida. I have tried to contact both companies and have heard nothing back. With Shipping costs and the knockoff ear buds I sent back I lost $161. Please see attached proof.
