My computer was closed down and I was forced to call the number I left. The company said I had to buy a firewall for my system at $199.99 and asked me to pay with a credit card. I told them I had a 3 year plan and didn't need them. My credit card didn't go through and they demanded me to pay with a online check. When I realized this was a scam I cancelled the check and credit card and told them I planned on reporting their company. The man I spoke with has a heavy Indian accent and he said his name is Mark Johnson x903. Please understand that these people took advantage of shutting my system down to get money from innocent people regardless of anything.
