Ordered product off of a facebook ad. They charged double the listed item price which I only knew from looking at my transaction history after the purchase was made. Immediately after I noticed the price discrepancy, I called and requested a refund. After the product arrived, I immediately sent the product back without opening making sure all five bottles were together in the same package. After two weeks, I still had not received my refund so I called and requested a refund timeline. They said that because I had not written the refund authorization number (never given to me) on the return package that I would not be able to receive my full refund. They also said that all of the packages were opened and that one was missing-- neither of which would be possible as they were all in the same sealed package. At the end of the call, they offered to give me back $115/$194.64 saying they could not give back the full refund because of the missing refund authorization number and because the packages were opened/missing (not true.) We'll see if they send back any part of the refund, my hopes are low. Do not order from this company.
