Just got notification of 19.99 charge to bank account. Never heard of this company before. Did not order or use anything on this site. I WANT MY REFUND!

Like others my wife completed a survey through a trusted retailer. As a reward was redirected to online super depot for prize. She chose a cheap dashboard camera and paid $6.95 shipping. Two weeks later they attempted to charge us $79.95. Visa fraud division caught it and we thus had to close our Visa card. This is a predatory scam company and must be shut down.

It’s a fraudulent company. You should contact your credit card company fraud division. Mine caught it and contacted me. I had to get a new card issued.

Filled out a survey and as a benefit was redirected to the scam website offering products at a steep discount. I ordered a dash cam for $6.95. Two weeks later I was charged an additional $79.99 by a company called "online super depot" with the phone number above attached. I called for a refund and the lady picking up the phone explained to me that the product was provided on a 2 week trial basis and if not returned would be charged at the full value. I told the lady that their advertisement did not mention that visibly and that their claim of a High Definition camera was fraudulent, because the picture was black and white and grainy and when I blew it up on my computer it was totally worthless, so I threw the product away. She told me that if I could not return the product there would not be a refund. I argued with her some more and she agreed to process a partial refund of $ 59.99. I told her I would report her company to the ScamPulse.com for fraudulent advertisement (High Def camera) and business practices (Invisible 2 week trial period). Had I known these things beforehand, I would never have placed an order with this company.

Thanks this helped me. My Visa card fraud division caught this. They have been reported. You might want to call your credit card company and report them for fraud.
