I subscribed to this site to learn about floristry basics and what it takes to open your own floral business for a $50 per month subscription. After I had been subscribed for a few months, I realized I wasn't receiving all of the "classes" and "content" that was promised with the subscription. I looked into cancelling my subscription, but there was no direct way for me to cancel the subscription on my own. I had to REQUEST a cancellation link through their email. I requested multiple times over a period of months with no answer. After a few more attemps, I finally got an email back, however, there was no cancellation link provided, but they wanted to provide a discounted monthly fee instead.

I tried taking my credit card off of my file, but the link in my profile settings to remove the credit card information redirects me to the same settings page instead, as if the link doesn't even work.

So, not only can I not remove my credit card information from my own profile, but I can't even cancel my own subscription. Practically being held hostage with my credit card on their file. It took me calling my bank for them to force cancel the subscription and issue some charge back to me.

I made a post on social media describing my experience with this site, warning others of the same and letting them know they would have to cancel the subscription directly with their bank, and had multiple people reach out with the same exact issues. Even people from the UK! So, this is a worldwide issue.
