I was on the Wayfair website, which I thought was legit. I scrolled past a great deal on outdoor furniture. All of the items were 59.99 that day only. I have seen a hot tub listed that looked really nice. I was skeptical at first but started reading all the reviews. Everything seemed legit, so I purchased a hot tub. I was immediately taken from my bank account. I have not received the item yet. I have emailed numerous times but never get a response. I received an email from an odd email, stating my item is on its way. Still nothing. I am worried they will pull more money from my bank account. I just want a refund at this point.
