Sunjoy immediately wants to have Affirm set you up on three payments. Then a company called Charlotte Jewkes LLC gets in the picture. I became suspicious when my item didn't ship in 4-5 days and had no way to contact them except through an email: [email protected]. I left an email and a chat and never heard from anyone. My bank put a stop payment on any charges from anyone suspicious from any of these companies. I have never had anything happen like this. Best advice: Buy from Amazon or a company that can be trusted.

I made a purchase with this company I request a refund they ask me to send pictures and I did then they told me I need to pay for the shipping for it which is 100 dollars, also I told them the dress isn’t what it seem as on website , I can’t fit the dress or want it I requested a return label and I still haven’t receive it, they are also threatening me through email I have the emails as proof

The scammer created a Facebook page using my face and name, attempting to sell pharmaceuticals online. You would even be able to book a telehealth appointment by emailing the website. There are all types of photos and videos of myself on their page.

Facebook click bait: 2 elevated wood planter boxes w curved trellises for $29/each. Yes! Too good to be true. Tracking number goes no where. I got suspicious and found others were also scammed. I didn’t receive anything— yet. Doubt I will, since tracking info is bogus.

I placed an order for all four lawn mower tires. I received the most hideous gold ring I have ever seen, yet the paperwork showed that tires had been delivered to my mailbox.

I'm glad they were cheap tires. Scammed

I ordered a 10' x 18' shed from the website Styleiko.com and paid through Affirm. When I received the loan approval from Affirm it then said that the loan was not for Styleiko but for a Charlotte Jewkes LLC. That started a red flag with me. So I contacted affirm they are now working on a dispute for me. When I call the customer support number for Styleiko I get a google recording saying that the google customer is unavailable. I have emailed them several times and get no response. I have screen shots of all my attempts of reaching them and invoices . When you search for the Charlotte Jewkes LLC NOTHING comes up.

The scammer has created a replica to the authenticated site. I was able to find review videos and others that were scammed from girlushair.com through Tik-Tok where thousands of others were also scammed by them.

The website is a dodgy market place for dodgy sellers. most people never receive what they pay more and most of those people don’t get a refund either. Their ‘customer service’ chat leads to a conversation with the same person everytime. They don’t speak good english, have no customer skills and they read your issue and ignore it.

Received a package in the mail to my address from Jane, 182-08 149th Ave, Springfield Gardens,NY 11413. All thatvwas inside were 2 really low quality face masks. Not sure whats up or why they got my address and used it, but its suspicious.

Ordered 10'x12' greenhouse kit from Toolvista. It was delivered twice in California, not Pennsylvania where I reside. DHL emailed me and said the tracking numbers that Toolvista provided me were bogus. I am waiting for an email from Toolvista and i am trying to get a refund.

I was charged twice for a bike from grill&chill website. The name Pham Ngoc Han appears on PayPal and it is listed under (BAG) purchase details. I tried calling and the phone number is not in service, and the address listed on the website is for a gas station in PA. I tried to email for a refund for both charges of $184.99 and they have tried to charge me once which I was able to block through my bank, but are refusing to cancel the other charge. PayPal can't do anything about it.

Website offers products for pets, I bought 2 stuffed toys for dog on 4/26/23, they billed me via PayPay. I tried to track the order and their website does not recognize the order and the only way to contact them is by filling out an online form that keeps failing and errors out. I believe the site is very suspicious as they have a every comprehensive listing of products but there is no way to contact them with any issues. I disputed the charges with my credit card issuer today, 5/15/23. I just want this business flagged so others don't fall for this.

The site uses images of clothing to lure the customer then delivers a “like”product that is nothing like the original in terms of pattern, quality or material. They also claim the be from the USA and the products made in the USA which they are not. Any attempts to return for a refund are met with a series of questions meant to frustrate the customer without ever getting an answer on how to return the product. These scammers operate under many different websites on Facebook.

on facebook - this company misrepresented itself as QVC with Clarks shoes. It wasn't till the end of the transaction did I see it was a different company. The 1st name was Donellaa -email [email protected]. it is impossible.to contact them- no phone and they dont respond to emails. then i noticed the same add and shoes were under many different companies-use [email protected] + letticei.com + [email protected]. I was charged twice $46.37 + $46.37 on my credit card- I notified my bank and tryed many times to contact company and cancel order-no responce
