Saw an ad presented as QVC ad with a QR code to scan to order. I placed an order for 2 heavy duty pop and lock racks totaling $44.99 on 2-28-2024. I was checking my email today, 3-19-2024, and found an email sent on 3-1-2024 that my items have been shipped by 17Track. When checking the tracking it shows my items were delivered 3-15-2024; however, no item. I have reviewed my security cameras for 3-15 and there were no deliveries.

I purchased folding storage shelves from a site on Instagram that showed QVC logo and showed video of typical QVC demonstrations . Shortly after purchase I received a text from my bank to verify transaction. I stated yes, then attempted to look up the sight from which transaction was sent (GESHSTORE,LONDON). Does not exist. Called my bank and they have put a hold on my card, thankfully! Will replace card.

Thought I was on QVC on Facebook, to order a HALO generator. After ordering, I got a fraud alert from my bank, checked my account said RIkim.com co, Not QVC. Never got an email confirming purchase or any kind of receipt. Called bank, canceled card and in process of getting charge reversed.

Did research and found this company to be a scam.

I paid $49.98 (I tried putting that amount in DOLLARS LOST but it kept asking for a valid amount) for two Dyson vacuum cleaners. I read the information a number of times and thought because it QVC it was not a scam. However, I called the number I have and had to leave a message and they have not returned my call. On the advertisement they gave trygik.com as a website. However, on my statement it says NEWINYEE.com.

The order was for portable chairs and the order was made on July 17.2023. On August 8, 2023 is said it was delivered but not to my address. I emailed the company and they supposedly shipped it again on August 15, 2023 and was to take 15-25 days to deliver. It in turn was delivered to another address supposedly and I emailed again and requested a refund, in which they told me they would send me back $37.97. I agreed and they said in 7-10 days I would have my refund. I still don't have my refund. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB.

On facebook, a company listed as QVC came up. I ordered shoes and they came, poor quality and they don't fit. When I ordered them, nothing indicated I was ordering from Hong Kong, China. I emailed them to return the shoes for credit and they said the return fee would be very high and they would allow me to pick out a different pair of shoes. I don't want any more to do with them, and I don't want them to access my credit card in the future. This is a scam

I found am item on social media and wanted to buy it. The link took me to a qvc website that looked legit. I purchased an item in may and every time i email them about my item they say we urged the warehouse to deliver your goods as soon as possible i get that every time i ask.

I ordered products (chairs) at a discounted price on Facebook-supposedly from a QVC Outlet. Two weeks later, I received a pair of cheap sunglasses from that company (based in China). They responded to my complaint by saying that the warehouse made an error in the product they sent and I would have to return them (at $17.90 postage) before I could receive what I ordered. I realize that this is a scam and I will unlikely receive any refund or satisfaction. Attached are the photos of what they sent me.

Facebook advertised rocker outdoor folding chairs by GCI as buy 2 get 2 free. I didn't need 4 so I only bought one for $19.98. I received confirmation email with tracking number which was false. I tried emailing and texting and both came back saying error, no address. I have not heard anything from them since. They charged my card $30.88, my invoice from them said $29.98 so they added a little for their time I guess.

I saw an ad for rocking camp chair.

The company is a online store. They had a sale on outdoor fold up rocking chairs, the sale was buy 2 and get 2 free. I liked the chairs, so put in my order. I received a confirmation email, and an email when my ordered was shipped. When I received my order it was just 2 cleaning rags. I have sent numerous emails to no avail. I just noticed that the company has changed names from when I originally ordered, I checked my email to get the name of the company and clicked on "go to store" and noticed that it was a different.

Facebook ad appeared to be QVC selling outdoor rocker chairs. They had QVC's name all over and were showing the QVC video for the chairs but the charge was from Patwlta. The company then went on to ship a piece of fabric to be able to show the bank when a dispute is filed that they "shipped" the product even though it is no where near the product that was actually purchased. THIS IS FRAUD!

This particular ad came up on Instagram. It was for a QVC clearance house. A refurbished mobility scooter. Expedited shipping was an additional $10 Purchased on a Tuesday and delivery promised by Saturday. I never even received an email confirmation number. I always screen capture order numbers and the page had an email address. After 3 days of no confirmation i started sending emails to which there was no response. I contacted my card company to make sure there were no further charges and sent a ladt email telling the "Outlet" i was reporting them for fraud. I suddenly received a "tracking" number and told my scooter was on its way. Tracking number is useless as are the phone numbers. Any QVC OUTLET SHOP is not yo be trusted.
