The Business listed themselves on Instagram as Kohl's. They sent a tracking email for the order using tracking764.com. After a few weeks it showed as delivered from China, but nothing was received. I contacted their customer support and the told me to check with neighbors for the package. I told them I wanted a refund, they offered to send another package if I would sign for it, but I insisted on a refund. They then offered me 50% and I told them I was reporting their business as a scam. They then offered me a 70% refund. I informed them that I was reporting them and a Google search lists tracking764.com as a scam. I have not been refunded and am not willing to give them any account info.
