In January 2025 I ordered $99.90 worth of merchandise and I never received anything I tried contacting the number that's on the site and I keep getting medical alert bracelet sale

I saw an ad for clearance yarn from Joann fabrics, it was posted on Pinterest. It said it was having a store closeout/clearance event, so everything was up to 90% off. Joann's filed for chapter 11 last year, and did a bunch of restructuring of their company and changes to try and save it. Then they filed for chapter 11 again about 2 weeks ago. And they are closing 6 locations across the country. So it seemed really legitimate. But I was weary, and did some research. Found out there's a bunch of fake sites doing this with Joann's, and they have been ever since the first bankruptcy filing. Joann fabrics website also has a warning on it, warning consumers to be cautious, as there are multiple sites doing this.

This is a fake site i was navigated to through a pin in Pinterest. They obviously saw joann fabrics is going through bankruptcy and made a fake site to post up insanely low prices for things that even discounted are still nearly $1,000. I am informed enough to look into any site i shop on that is out of my regular few i frequent but other people may be unsuspecting. The website is www.joannla.com

The website advertised a going out of business sale for JoAnn Fabrics. It Copied the original JoAnn Fabric site, using their exact products, logos, sale slogans, etc. It required you to put in your name, address, phone, email, and card information, just like the original site does. Was advertised through Facebook.
