Received a 10 oz package of unidentified seeds.
Tried contacting the seller from number listed 86 1324 180 1044, number turned out to be invalid. I looked up the address of the seller **** Hempstead Tpke E Meadow NY 11554 and it turns out to be a dentist office. No way to cont seller. I have opened a dispute with Pay Pal.

Package returned by USPS as "VACANT UNABLE TO FORWARD".
Emailed [email protected]. They apologized for inconvenience but assured it was correct address with "Sorty Returns" instead of "Returns" as I had addressed. I asked for Refund and they said they would refund but if I wanted to return package, that was a good address and I could try UPS instead of USPS.
Sent package again by USPS with tracking number, no signature required as they instructed. Package returned "VACANT UNABLE TO FORWARD".
Looked at Credit Card yesterday to see another $199.85 for March 5.
Called the number on the bottle, 877.281-9459 last night. Was told there is no charge showing on their "Third Party" system for March but had I seen my email today saying a refund was coming. I said no. "Chris John" then sent it 4 times. I found 2 emails sent earlier and his 4 in my SPAM folder. The earliest email said they were refunding $1999.85 followed by a quick second one, stating $199.85. That was the one "Chris John" sent 4 times as we were talking. After again saying I needed the March charge credited (no product received), he said he saw no charge in his system and I needed to call my credit card company.
Called again today, asked for Billing Supervisor or number to call. Was told there is no Billing Office. They are just a "Third Party" handling customer service and there is no charge showing in their system.
Emailed [email protected] and explained second package had been returned as "VACANT..." and that there is a March charge $199.85 that needs to be reversed/removed. Also $24.60 in postage needs to be credited.
