I encountered this business on BIGO. BIGO is a live streaming App. On BIGO she advertised her business and made it believable. I believed in her because she had a website with reviews from customers it seemed real so I ordered. I ordered on Feb 05, 2024 when I ordered I received a email that said thank you for your order and and also a tracking number from UPS , per UPS it states label was created but product was never received. I have tried to contact BodybyCiara by email and phone and she has not responded to me. It’s been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing.

My order consist of

Regular strength cream $95

Acne and Dark Spot Soap $ 28

Plus $15 for shipping
