An ad appeared from Instagram of sales at Anthropology. I made a selection of items I wanted and the items were never sent to me. I reached out to Customer Services on at least eight occasions and they gave me a number of excuses and lies stating that my items were delivered. I live in a single family home and no items have been misplaced from delivery. They said they would issue me a refund and have made several excuses and lies on the refund not being made by now. The purchase was made on July 4, 2025.

Quickelle advertised as Anthropologie Brand. We placed order, the order was never received, yet we weee charged.

On facebook an ad came up stating huge sale at Anthropologies. The website looked exactly the same as the legitimate website, including products and original prices. I confirmed the scam at an Anthropologie store located in Shrewsbury, NJ. Based on the prices and customer service email address and the order number set up, Anthropologie confirmed it was not their website. The fraudster stole the website in style and appearance including the items. The fraudulent website listed the customer service email address as : [email protected] which is not legitimate. I also contacted USPS to confirm the tracking number and the number was not a valid number.
