My daughter ordered a dress for a special occasion from this online company on March 5th 2023 via a zelle payment for $500 It was communicated that she would receive the dress on March 24th, 2023. This order never shipped. When my daughter reached out to the company they to asking for a refund of her $500. They told her she would receive payment within 5 -7 business days. Weeks later after many attempts to find out the status of this return, she was blocked. When I reach out in efforts to find out the status, I was also blocked. Upon returning to social media to report this company as a scam my daughter was then treatened that she would be sued for defamation not receive her refund.
