I purchased a portable AC unit from Punovo.com. After this arrived, it was faulty and did not work appropriately. I therefore asked to return the item to them. I initially had to file a dispute with my credit card company for them to even respond to me via email to send me a return shipping label. The phone number on their website is not an active number. After I returned the item, I never received a refund and they will not respond to me via email despite over 8 requests. Again, I have no way to contact them via phone as their number listed is not a working number.
