I ordered flowers online on 10/26/23. They cancelled the order the same day saying that they couldn't deliver the flowers and said that they would refund me. On the 31st, I still hadn't gotten it so I emailed back. They said they were handling it and I would get the refund. Emailed again on 11/3. They said they are working on it still. Emailed again 11/28 and got no response. Emailed again 11/30, still no answer.

I ordered flowers from the website. They seemed legit. After placing the order, I got an email receipt for it. Then received a 2nd email a minute later saying the order cannot be completed because there were no drivers in my area & a refund would be issued.

So I reply back & ask can they just deliver the next day. I was told no, I’ll be receiving my money within 3-5 business days blah blah. That was June 6th, 2023

Fast forward June 20th and still no refund.

I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done but if a lawsuit is filled against this company please use this a reference.

Attempted to order flowers for my lost loved one. Got an email moments later saying my order could not be completed and that they will offer a full refund. No refund was completed within a week so I reached out again. Within a day I had another email saying they would be looking into it but charge is still on my account. At this point it sad been about 3 weeks since I ordered the flowers and did not receive a delivery or refund

I ordered flowers online to be delivered. I called the 800# to be sure that the flowers would be delivered before my daughter got off work. They assured me that they would, so I placed the order. The flowers never arrived so I called the 800# again many times. I kept getting put on hold for 5-10 minutes. When I told them not to put me on hold again they started hanging up on me. I called a total of 12 times. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I ordered a bouquet of Easter flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Mt. Pleasant, SC. I live in Wisconsin. Roger Florist offered free delivery and very good prices. I ordered online giving my credit card number, email, daughters address, and phone. I did not receive an email confirmation, although the message stated one would be arriving shortly. I emailed the customer service address given, still no response. I called today and was hung up on. Wow…no Easter flowers will be delivered and no credit will be given.

I ordered flowers which were to be delivered on March 27th. The money was almost immediately withdrawn from my checking account but the flowers nev er arrived. They did not let me know why. When I called they told me to contact customer service which I did but heard nothing. When I called, theperson on the phone would not talk to me and again said I should contact customer service.I am still out $62'31.

The ad appears on google search as a local florist in Belton, Missouri but it appears to also give multiple locations through out the country depending on what you search for

Ordered flowers that were not delivered despite the credit card being charged. Contacted the company and received a vague/standard email reply that they were looking into it. Called and received a recording. We stopped payment on the credit card and was our issue resolved through our bank.

I found this florist online and placed an order. I knew something was wrong because I did not receive an email confirmation. I contacted my credit card company and they tell me that they cannot do anything until the charge has posted. I ordered on March 15th and as of today, March 20th the charge is still pending in my account.

On March 6, 2023 I googled Huntsville AL Florists and Roger Florist was at the top saying "Best Florist in Huntsville". I'm normally VERY careful when ordering online but this looked legit. After filling out the online form and ordering the flowers I was supposed to get a confirmation email. I did not receive one and saw that my debit card had already been charged so I called them. They did answer the phone (877)611-5650 but when I asked about the confirmation they hung up on me. I've attempted several calls but to no avail. Since then I've been investigating this fraudulent company and I'm overwhelmed and appalled at the numerous amount of people that are getting scammed and have been reporting this company for the past 2 years. Why hasn't their website been taken down? Please help!!

I ordered flowers on Feb 13 to be delivered the same day. I processed my card payment, and shortly after that, I received an email that my order was cancelled but it was undeliverable. And stated I would receive a refund in 1-2 days. I have never received it. I have sent numerous emails to them. They responded to the first 2 messages and now, will not respond at all.

My sister used the Roger Florist website to orders flowers for our aunts funeral. The next day she noticed her bank account had been charged $75.00 but she had only spent around $60.00. She immediately called the number on Roger Florist website and when she told the person why she was calling, they hung up on her.

She continued to try calling over several hours but found the number wasn’t working or the person kept hanging up. She contacted her bank to cancel her debit card because she felt this was fraudulent activity.

My sister sent me and my cousin a picture of the flowers she ordered and asked if we would look for them at the funeral. They did not get delivered.

I started researching the company because I had never used them and started seeing complaints that were identical to what my sister had happen. Ordered flowers, never delivered and took money.

This company is a scam and needs to be shutdown. They are stealing money. My sister will get her money back but she has to file a complaint with her bank and wait up to 10 days.

Please do something to stop this company. There info is below.

Rogerflorist.com's LLC # is 0450775864 and it was incorporated on 2/28/2022. It has an address at 200 Nassau St, Princeton, NJ 08542 (Mercer County). Headquarters 600 Broadhollow Rd, Melville, NY 11747-5016.

I ordered flowers to be delivered and after they took the money the flowers were never delivered. Every attempt to contact them has failed, they emailed and said it would be refunded however it has not. The 3 times someone actually answered the phone they disconnected the call after saying they were transferring me.
