I did a search on Google for floral delivery in Clermont, FL. Roger's Florist came up and showed an address very close to my friend that I was trying to order a gift for. I placed the order and received a confirmation email. The delivery was supposed to be for the next day. 3 days went by and the friend never said anything to our group of friends about the plant being delivered. So I called the number listed on their website. I was told there was no local florist to deliver the order, so I would receive a refund within 5 business days. That 5 business days would have been last Monday, April 10th. I did not receive the refund, so I again called the number several times, to find the number disconnected. After trying a couple more times, the phone would dial busy. I tried calling from my husbands phone just now, thinking they somehow have a way of blocking numbers, but it goes to a busy signal from his phone also. I have also sent an email to the listed address, to get no response back.
