I ordered flowers online from Roger Florist for a dear friend who is mourning the death of her daughter. The flowers were never delivered, and the phone number provided on the website goes straight to music that never ends. The automated chat assistant on the website asks how they can help and then doesn't reply when the issue is stated. I then looked online and there is a huge chain of complaints for the exact same issue with this company. The website is a scam, and the owner of it needs to be sent to prison.
