I ordered a plant for a funeral on Sept 27th. I was sent an e-mail saying they did"t deliver to the area and they would issue a refund. I have called and sent e-mails and still have not received my refund of $57.22.

Apparently they do this quite often, after reading the reviews on them. It' been almost a month and still no refund. How are these people allowed to stay in business doing this?
