Facebook ad by Chef Gordan Ramsey claimed that they were giving away sets of HexClad for ONLY the cost of shipping. I provided them my credit card information to bill me $7.95 for shipping. The next day sensing a scam, I called their number 855-201-4502 and was told that the money I paid was to enter a raffle. If I win then I would get the set of HexClad cookware. In addition every month I would be billed for a subscription which would be about $70 but the person could not explain what the subscription was. I ended up cancelling my credit card. In the meantime they have my home address, email and phone number.

They posted an advertisement featuring Macy's logo , it was for a set of dishes and knifes and an electric cake mixer

I saw the ad for some cute dresses on Facebook and ordered 4 items. The package took 6 weeks to arrive. The items received were cheaply made of strange material (no tags indicating what the material is or where it was made) and too small. When I contacted them to return they said the best they could do was refund $25 of the $132 I paid. Long story short, I told them that wasn’t acceptable and after numerous emails, in which they increased the amount they would refund I eventually settled for a $70 refund and got to keep the clothing. Buyer beware!!

They posted on Facebook that macys was closing and you could get free items and only pay shipping but than charge you a week later than have this call center answer they go by supreme deals
