Shein started using SPEEDX as their packaging courier, I’ve currently lost about 4 -5 packages through Shein from the courier SPEEDX consistently leaving the packages in an unsecured location. If you cannot come up to the persons apartment and deliver their package, why can’t the company transfer the package to USPS for us to pick it up. AliExpress also has started using SPEEDX courier in which I lost $31 dollars worth of merchandise because they decided to leave the packages in the mailroom and someone stole the package. The couriers claim to have delivered the package successfully. A package is not delivered successfully until the consumer received their package and can confirm it’s been received. Better Business Bureau please step in to make this right for customers experiencing the same thing. SPEEDX needs to be shutdown if not we customers need to get together and go to our local news channels to report this company, we are tired of losing out on money and not receiving packages. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH SHUT SPEEDX down!!!!
