They contacted me asking me to be a brand ambassador. I was given a discount code to use, purchased a product, and it took almost 4 months to get it.

The "company" is very unresponsive, and I have since been harassing them in hopes to shut them down through sheer determination. Today I received a reply stated as such - "I wish you well too =)" So they definitely have a bot they turn on and off to answer their messages for them.
