I made a purchase off of buycomfrey.com late on the evening of March 17th. When I did not receive any receipt from the company, I got concerned. They stated the product would be sent quickly, and it was not, I looked them up on Facebook. When I went to contact the owner on Facebook, they were very rude yet spoke proper English so I assumed it was an American I was speaking to and they have a Google number with a NY area code. First, I told them I wanted to make a purchase for more of their product . Then, I said I needed them to first fix the discrepancy related to my original purchase. Once they realized I wasn't trying to make more purchases they abruptly stopped replying to me.

I sent a screen shot from the PAYPAL page right after I completed the purchase.
