Attempted to purchase a pool heater from website. received text message that tracking number would be emailed. Never received tracking information. Attempted to reach back out to website and website is no longer valid. Phone number listed on website just rings and rings. Tried to cancel transaction via credit card company and payment was already processed so had to dispute charges. Still working with credit card company to dispute charges. Initially credit card turned down dispute- filling another claim.
