I made a purchase with the owner of she2customed for customized shoes for kids. I signed a contract with her Oct 23, 2023 regarding the order for my son birthday shoes. I sent her $205 via Zelle and my order was to arrive today (Dec 9th, 2023) as contracted. This week I've messaged the owner multiple times regarding updates for a tracking number in which she relentlessly kept stating she will get to me but never did. Everyday it was another excuse about having health issues but she was still posting about taking new orders and responding to other people about inquires when she repeatedly ignore my direct messages. The order was for custom boss baby designed shoes for my son's 1st birthday which is coming up and is now going to be ruined because go this scam. I just want my money back as I worked hard for every cent I make to provide for my son. I for she might have scammed others and I just want justice for myself as this is very traumatizing. I've requested for a refund with no response. Attached is the information for the contract and all the messages of me constantly reaching out about my order. Thank You.
