Found this company via TIKTOK. Placed an order on 7/15/2023. Received confirmation email with tracking number but the tracking number lead me to PARCELS Tracking. On 7/24/2023, PARCELS reported the package as delivered in Highland Park, MI. I live in Upstate, NY. I have been emailing [email protected] and [email protected] but I only received one response on 7/26/2023 from [email protected] stating that they would process another order at no extra charge. Since this email I have not received a response back. This is very disappointing as this was advertised on TIKTOK. DO NOT!, I repeat, DO NOT fall for everything you see on TIKTOK and DO NOT buy from this fake “company” called WATER WHALE!

The scammer used an ad from TikToc. They charged me and took $39.95 for a water float. They gave me a tracking number. The tracking number indicated the float had been delivered to the wrong address in the wrong state. I tried emailing the company several times but no one has responded. Their website has no phone number. When going back to the ad on TikTok, I see this same scenario has happened to a lot of other people. Upon looking back in my bank statement, I had some fraudulent charges a few days after I had purchased the water float. Now I see the Water Whale scammers were probably the ones to use my credit card info to make the fraudulent charges.
