I ordered two birdbaths which the company claimed was sent through canada post.nothing arrived to me. After some correspondence..they offered me a 10 % refund. Claiming they sent sunglasses in error...

Nothing arrived...they told me to check with neighbors.

Very frustrating experience.

They offered me a final offer of 20%and said they lost a lot of money and said they hope I understand their situation.

I don't expect they 'll pay me anything.
