Order placed for Christmas tree seen on tiktok 15 Nov for $68 +. Initial tracking said it was delivered. Phil Ruben at veju emailed saying wrong tracking info and offered discount. Said it would ship last week and it didn’t. “Customer service” stopped responding. It’s a scam.

My Pre lit 7.5 foot Grand Duchess Fir was not delivered. I was tracking it and it said it was delivered by FedEx at 12:45pm today 11/22/23). Since I knew I hadn't received it (as I was home all day), I called FedEx after tracking and seeing the wrong house in the picture. They said Veju did not give them my correct name or address (****** ***** **** ******** ***** ****** *****) as was on all paperwork/receipts and email from them. Instead it was addressed to **** ******** **** ******* **. I drove to that address, as it was near my home and they said they never received a tree! So I am out 68.96 and they are still scamming on other sites https://vejushop.com/ & https://mendozabrand.com/ I am sure there are more sites these scammer are using
