I purchased 2 shapewear dresses Jan 12/23. I received confirmation of my order, and never got a tracking number. I contacted the company Jan.22/23 inquiring when my order would be shipped, I was told it is a holiday in China and that my order would be sent as soon as work resumed. It is now Feb 21/23 and I have still not received a tracking number or my parcel. I tried to go to website and I am unable to log in . . I am furious

The product was advertised on Instagram with reviews and testimonials. Upon going to the website, it advertises free shipping over a certain amount and the make/style of the product you can choose. I only ever received an order confirmation and all attempts to contact the company by email resulted in bounced back emails.
