Saw an ad on TicToc. I went to the website. Placed an order, 11.30.22. Received a receipt of purchase and shipping information. The shipping information showed it had been shipped but no active status since the beginning of December. No product received. Emailed the company several times for an update to the delivery status. No response received. According to their website, delivery should have been made within 7-10 days after a 1-2 day processing.
