www.starofservice.ca is the website. Tells you that you are signing up for a free account, use cc to validate identity. Then suddenly they charge for something you did not sign up for. Requests to cancel invoice due to not signing up for any paid service are met with refusals. No way to get them to stop trying to charge cc for a service that was not signed up for.
