It was an ad on Facebook for 3D pens for kids to create with. It was a Black Friday deal in November 2025. I placed an order for 2, along with an extra pack of the 'ink', and never received it. Their website shows my order as 'on it's way'. I've tried contacting the company many times, but they only have an email address listed - no phone #. They did respond once saying they would send a refund through to my credit card, but that did not happen. I've emailed many times since, and they have stopped responding.
