Tactics was advertising a product for skin tag removal. My story is that I was trying to see what one bottle would cost and so I put in my information and was expecting to have a "review of your order" and once I hit the enter key it sent the order through. I immediately called the company and they stated that I would have to wait at least 90 days and return the product for a full refund. So I waited, never opened any of the boxes, and after 3 months sent it back. I went back and forth with them for weeks in trying to get my money returned and I got a text message from my credit card that a company called "Active Now" was trying to put a charge on my card for $199.98. I knew I was getting a refund BUT this was a charge. I therefore contacted my credit card company and we went ahead and closed that account. I went on to contact the company about the situation and they informed me that they had sent a refund. I told them that it was not a refund but a charge. They continued to argue with me and gave me no solution other than they put the credit through and that it should come over to my new card. I called the credit card company and we went over both my old card and new card. They could see the charges from October on the old card but no refunds on either card. I know I many never get my money back and I was scammed. Shame on me for that. This was my last correspondence with them.
