I paid for shipping on a free sample. The have called and said that by doing so I subscribed for a monthly subscription. When they tried to charge my card the first time my credit card company alerted me to potential fraud. The company that tried to bill was not the same name as the sample I ordered and paid for shipping on. The billing person who called me said that I have to pay the $129.00 before they will cancel my subscription. They refused to let me talk. I told them that they no longer have a valid a credit card number to bill and that to make this go away but they need to send me an email confirming the cancellation. They refused to do this. I asked to speak to a manager who would not help me either. I was then referred to customer service and they refused to help as well and said billing would call me back in 3-5 minutes. They have not called back yet. They said that by agreeing to the terms and conditions that I was agreeing to the subscription. I told them that there was nowhere in the ad that said that. Then they just started demanding again that I pay.
